About Yogagrove

A calmer way to move through your days.

Yogagrove is a warm, unhurried yoga studio - where ease is a practice, not a destination. Room for every body, every breath.

Our Story

Yogagrove began with a single, quiet promise.

I spent years chasing the ‘perfect’ practice - pushing harder, holding longer, measuring myself against the room. It left me strong and exhausted, and further from myself than when I started.

Yogagrove is the studio I wished I’d walked into back then. A place with warm light and softer edges, where the goal isn’t to bend further but to feel more at home in your own body. We opened our doors with three mats and a lot of faith - everything since has been built on ease.

Our Approach

We teach yoga as a way to feel - not a way to perform.

Three principles shape every class we hold.

01

Ease over effort

We build strength through softness. Progress here is measured in how you feel, not how far you fold.

02

Every body belongs

Poses are offered, never imposed. Whatever your age, there’s a version of the practice that fits you.

03

Presence, then posture

Breath comes first. When the mind settles, the body follows - calmer, and quietly capable.

The Teachers

The people who hold the room.

Every Yogagrove teacher shares one thing - the belief that you should leave class feeling more like yourself. Meet the hands guiding your practice.
